U.S. Agent Disclaimer

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. No Government Affiliation

US Compliance Agent LLC ("Company," "we," "our") is not a government agency and is not affiliated with:

  • the United States Government,

  • the Food and Drug Administration (FDA),

  • the Federal Communications Commission (FCC),

  • the Federal Trade Commission (FTC),

  • the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC),

  • the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA),

  • U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP),

  • Amazon.com Services LLC,

  • or any other regulatory authority or private platform.

We are an independent private U.S. Agent service provider.

2. Our Role as Your U.S. Agent

When you designate us as your U.S. Agent, our role is strictly limited to:

  • receiving official notices addressed to you,

  • scanning and forwarding those notices to your registered email address,

  • maintaining a domestic point of contact as required by specific regulations,

  • acting solely as an administrative communications intermediary.

We do not:

  • provide legal advice,

  • make regulatory decisions,

  • submit filings on your behalf (unless explicitly contracted),

  • guarantee regulatory approval or acceptance,

  • contact agencies on your behalf beyond forwarding notices,

  • represent you in any legal proceeding.

3. Responsibility of the Client

You, the client, remain fully responsible for:

  • submitting correct and complete regulatory filings,

  • renewing your registrations with agencies,

  • updating your contact information with us and with regulators,

  • acting on any notices that we forward to you,

  • complying with all applicable regulations.

Our service does not replace your legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations.

4. No Guarantee of Compliance or Outcomes

Our designation as your U.S. Agent does not guarantee:

  • approval of your facility, product, device, or filing,

  • reinstatement of suspended accounts (including Amazon INFORM violations),

  • acceptance by agencies (FDA, FCC, etc.),

  • prevention of penalties, seizures, delays, denials, or enforcement actions.

All compliance outcomes depend solely on the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of your filings and actions.

5. Accuracy of Information Provided by the Client

We rely entirely on the information you supply. If you provide:

  • incorrect information,

  • incomplete information,

  • fraudulent information,

  • unverifiable details,

…we may immediately terminate your service without refund and notify the relevant agency if legally required.

6. Right to Decline or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to decline service or terminate existing service for:

  • suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation,

  • regulatory violations,

  • misuse of our address or contact details,

  • abusive or threatening behavior,

  • failure to complete required forms,

  • chargebacks or payment disputes.

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

7. Use of Our Address and Contact Information

You may only use our address, phone number, or email in the exact context for which you have purchased the service.

You may not:

  • use our address for shipping, mailing, trademark registration, business registration,

  • list our address as your business location,

  • list our phone number or email for customer service,

  • use our information in any context outside your purchased U.S. Agent designation.

Any misuse may result in immediate termination.

8. Changes to Address or Contact Information

We may change our address, phone number, or email at any time. We will notify clients and update our records. You are responsible for updating any active registrations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for your annual U.S. Agent service.

We are not liable for:

  • delays caused by agencies or customs,

  • foreign shipment holds,

  • suspensions (including Amazon INFORM violations),

  • penalties, legal actions, or losses resulting from your filings,

  • missed notices caused by incorrect client email settings or failure to check email.
