Every plan includes official U.S. Agent or point-of-contact designation for the specific regulatory framework you select, a dedicated U.S. mailing address for that registration, same-day scanning and electronic forwarding of all regulatory notices, secure document handling, and an annual designation letter where required. You receive full coverage for one 12-month term.

Once we receive your completed onboarding information and payment, we typically activate your designation within 1–2 business days. You will receive confirmation along with the U.S. address and contact details to use in your regulatory filing.

Each regulatory framework (MoCRA, FDA, FCC, etc.) requires a separate subscription because the designation, address usage, and compliance obligations are specific to each agency. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each 12-month term. We will send a reminder before your renewal date. If you wish to cancel, you must do so at least 30 days before renewal. Once renewed, the fee for the new term is non-refundable per our Refund Policy.

All sales are final and non-refundable once payment is submitted. We do not offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, or early-termination refunds. The one exception is duplicate charges or unauthorized payments — if you were charged twice for the same service, contact us within 7 days and we will correct the billing error. No. We act strictly as a U.S. mailing agent and designated point of contact. We do not provide legal advice, regulatory interpretation, compliance consulting, or filing assistance. You remain fully responsible for all filings, compliance, and regulatory obligations. Our role is limited to receiving and forwarding official correspondence on your behalf.

When we receive a regulatory notice, inspection request, or official correspondence addressed to your company through our U.S. address, we scan the document and forward it to your registered email address the same business day. Physical mail is retained for 5 business days after scanning unless you request shipping (billed separately). We monitor incoming communications continuously during U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).

Yes. We use encryption, secure transmission, and access controls to protect your information. Payments are processed through Stripe — we never store your credit card details on our servers. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing. Your information is used only to perform our U.S. Agent duties and maintain your account. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
