Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made to US Compliance Agent LLC for U.S. Agent services are non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and final. This applies to all services, including but not limited to:

Amazon INFORM Act U.S. Contact services

FCC 2.911(d)(7) U.S. Agent services
-
FDA Food Facility U.S. Agent services
-
MoCRA Cosmetics Facility U.S. Agent services
No refunds will be issued under any circumstance once payment is submitted, except as described in Section 2.
2. 7‑Day Grace Period
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

You have not submitted our agent information to any regulatory agency, online marketplace, or third‑party platform.

You have not listed our address or contact details on any filing, registration, application, or seller account.
-
You have not used our address or contact information for any purpose.
If any of the above actions have been taken, the grace period is void and the sale is final regardless of the date of the request.
To request a refund under this grace period, email support@uscomplianceagent.com within 7 calendar days of payment with your name, transaction date, and confirmation that our agent details have not been submitted or used in any capacity.
This grace period applies to initial purchases only. It does not apply to subscription renewals, add‑on services, or any service where our agent designation has already been submitted.
3. No Partial Refunds or Proration
We do not offer:

partial refunds,
-
prorated refunds,
-
early‑termination refunds,
-
cancellations with refund (outside the grace period described in Section 2).
All services are prepaid for a 12‑month term.
4. No Refunds for Incorrect or Incomplete Information
You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for providing complete and accurate information required by regulatory agencies. Refunds will not be provided if:

your filing is rejected,
-
your information is inaccurate,
-
your account is suspended or penalized,
-
you fail to complete your agency registration correctly,
-
you misuse our address or contact details.
5. No Refunds After Auto‑Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal.
Once renewal occurs, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
6. Chargebacks Are Strictly Prohibited
Submitting a chargeback violates our Terms and results in immediate termination of service.
We reserve the right to:

dispute the chargeback directly with evidence,
-
suspend all services immediately,
-
refer the matter to collections,
-
ban the customer from all future services.
7. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
Refunds are only issued if:

you were charged twice for the same service, or
-
an unauthorized payment was processed.
All such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
8. Service Delivery Clarification
Our responsibility is limited to:

receiving regulatory notices,
-
scanning them,
-
forwarding them electronically.
We do not guarantee regulatory approval, compliance acceptance, suspension removal, or response outcomes from any agency. No refunds will be issued for results outside our control.
