DMCA Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Introduction

US Compliance Agent LLC ("Company," "we," "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of USComplianceAgent.com ("Website") to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines how copyright infringement claims are handled in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

We are not responsible for third-party content but will respond to valid DMCA notices as required by law.

2. DMCA Takedown Requests

If you believe that any content on our Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include:

  • your physical or electronic signature,

  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed,

  • identification of the infringing content and its location on the Website,

  • your contact information (name, address, email, phone),

  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized,

  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

3. How to Submit DMCA Notices

Notices must be sent to our designated DMCA Agent:

We prefer email submission. Physical mail submissions are not accepted.

4. Removal of Content

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content,

  • notify the user responsible (if applicable),

  • document the removal for recordkeeping.

We may terminate access for repeat infringers.

5. Counter-Notifications

If you believe that content was removed in error, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). It must include:

  • your physical or electronic signature,

  • identification of the removed content and its location before removal,

  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification,

  • your contact details,

  • consent to the jurisdiction of U.S. federal courts,

  • agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Valid counter-notifications will result in reinstatement of the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action within 14 business days.

6. Misrepresentation

Submitting false or fraudulent DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal penalties, including damages and attorney fees under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).

7. No Liability for Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for:

  • content uploaded by users or third parties,

  • copyrighted content forwarded to us as part of U.S. Agent duties,

  • documents submitted by clients.

Our role is strictly administrative.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this DMCA Policy at any time to reflect legal, operational, or platform changes. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
